Awareness leads to Action. Heart(Work)Space provides practical tools to support nervous system and brain health through somatic practices. We guide you in building healthy habits, developing self-regulation skills, and integrating wellbeing into your daily life.

Change

Sustainable change is only possible when the nervous system works with you, not against you. By learning to regulate your nervous system, you not only feel better but also you grow as a person, connect with others better and start to enjoy your life more.
